You do not have to register in advance to become a member of Club Monte. You will automatically become a member when you make a booking with any of the discounts we offer.

As a member, you benefit from the exclusive discounts on our website, which will increase according to the number of nights you stay with us (in addition to the number of nights you stay at our other hotels).

Check-in is at 2pm.

However, you may be able to check in earlier, subject to availability.

Please contact reception with your request and we will do our best to ensure your room is available on your arrival.

Check-out is until noon.

Late check-out is possible for a variable supplement, subject to availability.

You can provide us with your room preferences and we will try to meet your requests as far as possible.

No, unfortunately, we do not allow pets. We only accept service animals.

The entire hotel, including the facilities and some rooms, are adapted for people with reduced mobility.

All parts of the building are accessible by lift and stairs.

We have a laundry service where you can leave your clothes to be washed and/or ironed (prices according to garment).

If you deliver your clothes before 9am, they will be ready the same day.

Garments delivered after 9am can be collected the following day.

For a dry cleaning service, please ask the hotel for price and delivery time.

Vertical steam irons are available (free of charge).

You can store your luggage in our luggage room either before checking in to your room or after check-out, both free of charge.

The maximum number of rooms you can book online at any one time is 3. If you wish to add more, you will need to make a separate booking.

Our rooms do not have a balcony or terrace with views.

However, our superior double rooms have a sun deck.

Yes, beach towels can be hired from reception for a deposit, which will be refunded upon return of the towels.

There is an underground car park in the hotel building. Advance booking is required.

The cancellation policy is the same as that of your room.
