If you find a lower price than the one you were charged for your booking on the official HOTELES MONTE website, within two hours of receiving your booking confirmation, please submit a request with the subject “GUARANTEED BEST PRICE ONLINE claim” to comercial@hotelesmonte.com
Please include screenshots of the detailed conditions and restrictions of the rate, which must be available (screenshots of the final step prior to confirmation, where the final price including taxes is displayed, must be included).
Our team will verify that the information provided is correct and complies with the stipulated terms and conditions.
They will then get in touch to notify you of the rate change and the additional 5% discount.
In order for the rate change and additional discount to be applied, keep in mind that the booking must be for the same dates, with the same board base and room type, and with the same conditions.
Rates EXCLUDED from the “GUARANTEED BEST PRICE ONLINE” offer
- Private rates (e.g. negotiated rates, company rates, special arrangements or rates for groups, tour operators, associations, etc.).
- Rates from opaque websites (unidentified hotel name or precise address, or unspecified room availability until the user has paid to book the room/s).
- Rates for “promotional packages”.
- Rates resulting from website errors at the time of enquiry or booking.
- Rate variations owing to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates. The exchange rate must be the same as that applied by HOTELES MONTE at the time of payment.
- Offline rates
- Rates from sites offering voucher payment services.

HOTELES MONTE will not accept screenshots or other documents that are suspected to have been altered, or other evidence that cannot be independently confirmed. HOTELES MONTE reserves the right not to approve any requests that it considers to be fraudulent, altered or suspected of irregular or malicious activity, without prejudice to exercising the corresponding legal actions against the applicant. .
